Vanda's professional career began in Europe during the communist regime. Vanda had completed five years of culinary school to become a chef. But after the Eastern Block fell apart in 1989, she had an opportunity to start her own business in a completely different field: the development of flight simulators in virtual reality and visual simulation. Her love for aviation took over. Her company was a leader in Czechoslovakia in development of flight simulators for MiG-21, MiG-29, SU-22, SU-25 and L-39 aircraft. Vanda's company received an international award for the best products in Aviation technology for flight simulators in 1996 and 1998.

Vanda utilizes her international business expertise to attract talent for extremely difficult critical searches to meet her clients' expectations. Her formula for success is simple: "I bring you the talent from your wish list thought unobtainable. My goal is to find the perfect match!”
