Stefan brings to the Beneva Group his previous experience in sales and marketing in the Pharmaceutical field, his linguistic abilities, and his competitive spirit as a collegiate and professional athlete.  A native of Romania, Stefan received a basketball scholarship to attend Lafayette College in Easton, PA.  While at Lafayette, he received recognition in academics as well as sports, including the Dean’s List and Patriot League 1995 Rookie of the Year and 1997 Player of the Year.  Upon graduation, Stefan was recruited to play professional basketball in Rimini, Italy.  Plagued by knee injuries, he ended his career in professional basketball after just two short years.  Stefan persevered by learning Italian and becoming employed with Menarini, one of Italy’s most recognized pharmaceutical companies.  There, he gained valuable experience as both a sales representative and as a marketing and product manager.  Stefan also has American sales experience as being part of the management team with the retail sports giant Adidas.

Stefan’s work ethic, competitive team spirit, and listening skills make him a “triple-threat” addition to the already solid and experienced Beneva Group. 

Stefan recruits mainly in the Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement specialties in the Plastics, Specialty Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Industries.
