CHARLIE FRIDLEY
Founder and President of The Beneva Group
Charlie brings nearly 30 years of industry experience, including R&D, tech service, sales, sales and marketing management and general management positions, managing organizations in excess of 200 employees with three Fortune 500 Companies: Dow Corning, 3M and Avery Dennison. This experience spans the following industries: Pressure-sensitive adhesives, automotive, films and tapes, functional coatings, polymers, and plastics. During his career, Charlie was instrumental in commercializing several new technologies including automotive OEM paint film, silicone plastics additives, PVDF architectural films and Thinsulate® thermal insulation. In his management career, Charlie has worked closely with professional recruiters to hire top talent. He knows what is required by the hiring manager to attract high-performance people in a candidate-driven market.
Charlie
recruits in the Lean/Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Operational
Excellence, Specialty Chemicals specialties. He
welcomes

Charlie has a BS in Chemistry from Grove City College, and an MBA from
the University of Michigan.
